Dr. Prajapati Trivedi
Dr. Prajapati Trivedi is Secretary to the Government of India with the responsibility for Performance Management. Based in the Cabinet Secretariat, he reviews and reports on the performance of all government departments to the Prime Minister. In addition, he is Chairman of the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention. Prior to joining the Government of India, Dr. Trivedi was a Senior Economist for the World Bank in Washington, DC, from 1995-2009. This is his second stint in the Government as he worked as Economic Adviser to Government of India from 1992-94.
Dr. Sam Pitroda
Dr. Sam Pitroda is an internationally respected development thinker, policy maker, telecom inventor and entrepreneur, who has spent over four decades in Information and Communications Technology and related human and national development initiatives. Credited with having laid the foundation of India's technology and telecommunications revolution in the 1980s, Mr. Pitroda has been a leading campaigner in helping bridge the global digital divide.
Mr. Achim vom Heynitz
Mr. Achim von Heynitz is currently Visiting Professor, HEC, International Organizations MBA Program (IOMBA) at the University of Geneva. He teaches courses on Resource Management and Control in Non-Profit Organizations, and Results-based Management of Non-Profit Organizations.
Prof. Akash Deep
Mr. Akash Deep is a Senior Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, specializing in finance. His expertise lies in infrastructure finance and valuation, public-private partnerships, financial risk management and derivatives, and the management and regulation of financial institutions, financial markets, and pension funds. He serves as faculty co-chair of the Infrastructure in a Market Economy and the International Finance Corporation executive programs, and has served as faculty chair of the Indian Administrative Service executive program at Harvard University.
Mr. Arun Maira

Mr. Nandan Nilekani
Mr. Nandan Nilekani is currently the Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)—which aims to provide a unique identification number for all residents of India—in the rank and status of a Cabinet Minister. Nandan Nilekani was most recently the co-chairman of the board of directors of Infosys Technologies Limited, which he co-founded in 1981. Serving as director on the company's board since its inception to July 2009, he has held various posts at Infosys, including chief executive officer and managing director, president, and chief operating officer.

Howard White is the Executive Director of International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), co-chair of the Campbell International Development Coordinating Group, and Adjunct Professor, Alfred Deakin Research Institute, Geelong University.
Christine Heflin is the Director of Performance Excellence of the US Department of Commerce. She was with Commerce early in her career as an intern and then spent eight years with the DOC Economic Development Administration. In 2010, she returned to create the Department’s Performance Excellence Program. The program operates through a multi-bureau Performance Excellence Council, which is charged with development and deployment of a system of Balanced Scorecards and process improvement initiatives.
Mr. William Dorotinsky
Mr. William Dorotinsky is currently with the World Bank, where he is a co-leader of the Public Sector Performance Global Expert Team and Sector Manager for Public Sector Institutional Reform and Governance in the World Bank’s Europe and Central Asia Region. Mr. Dorotinsky has also served as Deputy Division Chief in the IMF Fiscal Affairs Department public financial management technical assistance division, where he cofounded the IMF Public Financial Management blog.

Arunaselam Rasappan is a Senior Advisor at Center for Development & Research in Evaluation (CeDRE) International, Malaysia. Dr. Arunaselam is the Executive Director and Senior Advisor for CeDRE International . He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management and a M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Aru has over 33 years of experience in finance and management working with the Malaysian government as well as with various international/regional agencies such as the World Bank, United Nations, IMF, Asian Development Bank, ASEAN, and the UNDP besides donors such as AusAID, SDC, and DFID.
Mr. J. Satnarayana
Mr. J Satyanarayana is Secretary to Government of India, Department of Electronic and Information Technology (DEITY). He has been a pioneer in the field of implementation of e-Governance projects and as early as the late 1990s, he implemented Computerisation of the Registration Department of Andhra Pradesh, better known as the CARD Project. Later between 2000-2003, he was part of the SWAT e-Governance team of Shri Chandrababu Naidu, the then CM of Andhra Pradesh and he and his team implemented numerous pioneering and landmark e-Governance programs which among others included the e-Seva Project and the e-Procurement platform.

Mr. Omar Abdullah
Mr. Omar Abdullah is currently Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. Prior to this he was a member of 14th Lok Sabha, representing Srinagar constituency of Jammu and Kashmir, India. He was a Union Minister of State for External affairs in Atal Bihar Vajpayee's NDA government, from July 23, 2001 to December 23, 2002. He resigned from NDA government in Octorber 2002 to concentrate on party work.Prime Minister tried to convince him to continue his work. However, on 23 December 2002 his resignation was accepted by President A P J Abdul Kalam.

Mr. Dustin Brown
Mr. Dustin Brown is the Deputy Associate Director for Performance and Personnel Management at the Office of Management and Budget. The Office of Performance and Personnel Management leads government-wide efforts to spread the adoption of proven management practices that will improve mission performance and works with the Office of Personnel Management to advance Federal human capital issues. He also helps lead the inter-agency Performance Improvement Council, which coordinates the government’s performance management policies and requirements.
